This issue can occur due to corrupted information in the cache directory of iMindMap when trying to access the Presentation mode.
To resolve this issue you will need to close iMindMap down and delete the following folders:
C:\Users\USERNAME\.thinkbuzan\imindmap7\ (Where USERNAME is your Windows account username)
The ProgramData directory for the first location may be hidden on your computer. To find this the simplest way is shown below:
1. Go To Start
2. Type %PROGRAMDATA% in to the Search box.
3. Press Enter on your keyboard immediately.
4. This will bring up the ProgramData folder which will allow you to locate the \ThinkBuzan\imindmap_cache7 directory for you to delete.
Delete the following folders:
/Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/ThinkBuzan/imindmap_cache7
/Macintosh HD/Users/YOUR USERNAME HERE/.thinkbuzan/imindmap7/
To locate this second directory you will need to enter a special command in the Finder window, firstly navigate to the Users directory in the Finder window and go to 'Go' menu on the top tool bar.
Next select 'Go to Folder' and enter .thinkbuzan and select Go.
This should then open the hidden .thinkbuzan folder and allow you to navigate to:
For you to delete.
After doing so please run iMindMap again to see if this resolves the issue. If you continue to experience issues after performing the above, please contact our technical team by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
