Purchased iMindMap but not received serial number or receipt?

Unfortunately from time to time the emails that we send to our customers upon purchasing, with the serial number and the payment confirmation, do occasionally become caught in spam filters.

Therefore, if you have not received your serial number email, please may you check your spam filters in the first instance.

If you have done this and still cannot locate your email, please contact us on sales@thinkbuzan.com and we can re-forward the emails on to you.

 

For Gmail Users:   Please ensure to check your Primary, Promotions and Social tabs as well as spam/junk as they may end up in there.

 

We do not recommend attempting to put another order through our website until you have received a response from one of our customer service agents.
