What is your refund policy?

At ThinkBuzan we offer a free 7 day trial of iMindMap, which allows our customers to fully test the software before purchasing to ensure that it meets their needs. Therefore, as part of our company policy, we are unable to offer refunds on any licenses of iMindMap unless you are experiencing a technical issue with the software that we are unable to resolve or if you have purchased a duplicate order in error.

If you are having a technical issue with iMindMap, we will only offer a refund if this is an issue that we will not plan to fix in our updates system. We are dedicated to ensuring that iMindMap functions as our users expect, therefore we would request your assistance in helping with any issues you have with iMindMap by liaising with our technical support team. This assistance is crucial in ensuring that we have all the information we need to fix your issue.

However, we do offer refunds for duplicated orders, as long as only one of the licenses has been activated. If you have completed a duplicated order in error, please email the Sales team at sales@thinkbuzan.com and provide us with your purchasing information and we will look to arrange a refund for you.
