In order to resolve this issue please follow the instructions below:
Please use the links below to ensure that you have successfully installed .NET Framework 3.5 successfully on your operating system:
After ensuring .NET Framework 3.5 has been installed please run iMindMap. If you continue to encounter the Error 1018, please follow the instructions below:
1. Close iMindMap and ensure that the iMindMap Pre Loader has been closed from the system tray (in the bottom right hand corner next to the clock).
2. Delete the following directories: C:/ProgramData/ThinkBuzan/imindmap_cache6/cache
In order to locate the ProgramData folder please go to Start and type %PROGRAMDATA% in the search box and hit enter immediately.
After the above folders have been deleted please attempt to run iMindMap and this should resolve the issue.
