Instructions for Windows

This error is likely to have occured due to a permissions issue stopping iMindMap from saving your login token.

To resolve this please allow write permissions to C:\ProgramData\JSoft

1. Locate the ThinkBuzan application folder (usually C:\ProgramData\ThinkBuzan)

The easiest way to locate the ProgramData folder is to go to Start and type the following:

%PROGRAMDATA% and press Enter. This should now display the ProgramData folder.

2. Right click the JSoft folder, select 'Properties', 'Security' and ensure that your user account has adequate permissions to read and write to this folder.
